Agent creation is disabled

Check whether your workspace has reached its active Agent limit. Archive an unused Agent or review your subscription.

Knowledge Sources cannot be added

Check whether:
  • The Agent is locked
  • Your knowledge source limit has been reached
  • Your subscription is over a workspace limit

Training does not start

Check whether:
  • At least one source is ready
  • Daily training runs remain
  • The Agent is not locked
  • The source content was saved before training

Agent gives weak answers

Review the answer against your Knowledge Sources. If the information is missing or vague, add a better Text source or Q&A source. If the answer has the wrong tone, update Behaviour.

WhatsApp cannot be assigned

Check whether:
  • Your workspace is on a paid plan
  • WhatsApp Business is connected in Integrations
  • The phone number is not assigned to another Agent
  • The Agent is not locked

Leads are missing

Check whether:
  • Lead Generation is enabled and configured
  • Your plan includes Lead Generation
  • The visitor provided contact details
  • You are filtering the Leads table by the correct Agent

Analytics charts are unavailable

Detailed Analytics are available on Starter and above. If charts are locked, review your plan from the dashboard.
