Check access

Lead Generation is available on Starter and above. On the free plan, the action is locked.

Enable Lead Generation

Open an Agent and find Actions.
  1. Turn on Lead Generation.
  2. Click Configure when the action is enabled.
  3. Save the collection settings.

Lead Generation can capture name, email, phone, and company information through natural conversation.

Test the flow

Ask the Agent a question that indicates buying intent or follow-up intent. Confirm that it asks for the right contact information and continues naturally.

Review captured leads

Captured leads appear in Leads. You can filter by Agent and open the linked conversation when you need context.
