WhatsApp Business

Use WhatsApp Business to connect a Meta WhatsApp Business Account. After connection, Agenvik shows the phone numbers available in that account.

After the workspace is connected, assign a phone number from the Agent’s WhatsApp Channel card.

Coming soon integrations

Slack, Discord, and Instagram appear as coming soon cards. They are visible so you can see the planned direction, but they are not configurable yet.

Disconnect carefully

Disconnecting a workspace integration can affect every Agent using it. For WhatsApp, disconnecting the workspace connection disables WhatsApp channels across Agents.
