Open Analytics
Open Analytics from the sidebar.
Filter by Agent and date
Use the header filters to view all Agents or one specific Agent. Choose a date range such as last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, or this month.
Conversations over time
Use the daily chart to spot changes in volume after a launch, campaign, website update, or new Channel rollout.
Channel and Agent performance
Use Messages by Channel to compare web and WhatsApp traffic. Use Top Agents to identify which Agents are handling the most activity.

Sentiment, topics, and countries
Use Sentiment and Top Topics to understand how visitors feel and what they ask about. Use Country Distribution to understand where conversations are coming from.
