Check plan access

WhatsApp is available on paid plans. If your workspace is on a free plan, the WhatsApp cards show an upgrade prompt.

Connect WhatsApp Business

Open Integrations and find WhatsApp Business. Enter the required Meta credentials and connect the account.

Assign a number to an Agent

Open the Agent, then find WhatsApp Channel.
  1. Choose an available phone number.
  2. Assign it to the Agent.
  3. Confirm that the phone number appears as assigned.

A phone number can only be assigned to one Agent at a time.

Unassign or disconnect

Use Unassign on the Agent page when you want to move a number to another Agent. Use Disconnect from Integrations only when you want to remove the WhatsApp Business connection for the workspace.
