Check plan access
WhatsApp is available on paid plans. If your workspace is on a free plan, the WhatsApp cards show an upgrade prompt.
Connect WhatsApp Business
Open Integrations and find WhatsApp Business. Enter the required Meta credentials and connect the account.
Assign a number to an Agent
Open the Agent, then find WhatsApp Channel.- Choose an available phone number.
- Assign it to the Agent.
- Confirm that the phone number appears as assigned.

Unassign or disconnect
Use Unassign on the Agent page when you want to move a number to another Agent. Use Disconnect from Integrations only when you want to remove the WhatsApp Business connection for the workspace.
