Archive an Agent

Open Agents, use the Agent menu, and choose the archive action. Confirm the change.

Archived Agents remain visible in the list with an archived label and reduced emphasis.

Restore an Agent

Use the Agent menu and choose restore. Restoring makes the Agent active again.

Restore can be disabled when your workspace has already reached the active Agent limit for its plan.

When to archive

Archive an Agent when:
  • It was used for a campaign that has ended
  • You are testing a new version and want to reduce clutter
  • You reached the active Agent limit but want to preserve configuration
  • You no longer want the Agent available to visitors
